- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/3 cup white vinegar

- 1/4 cup yellow mustard 
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Wash hands before beginning to prepare & sanitize surfaces and equipment. 
- Drain horseradish. 
- Combine all seasonings with horseradish. 
- Fold horseradish mixture into sour cream. Chill. 
- CCP- Maintain <40F; discard unused product.
